So, you’re ready to overcome your chronic illness? Well, friend, you’re in the right place.
You want to experience less brain fog, digestive issues, headaches, fatigue, inflammation, and other frustrating symptoms, but you have no idea how to get started.
You’ve tried following the advice of all those health gurus online, including trying different diets and supplements, but it just never seems to work for you.
You feel that if only you had a proven step-by-step process, you could stick to it and make lifestyle changes that are truly effective and sustainable.
Hi! I’m Bethany Parker, and I’m a Health and Wellness Coach for women who have spent years searching for a solution to their chronic illnesses. I provide effective and sustainable solutions that are based on functional medicine so that they can improve their health and finally feel better.
I totally get how you’re feeling because I’ve been there myself. I was only five years old when I learned that our health is one of the most precious things we have, yet it’s something that people often take for granted. It's true, even as a young child, I was full of curiosity surrounding the world of holistic health.
I often asked why my mother had passed away from diabetic complications in 2001, when I was only 5 years old. Later, I wanted to know why my grandmother had an autoimmune disease that forced her to take ten different medications, and why she was in a wheelchair for over 30 years.
When my grandmother passed away from breast cancer in 2009, I knew that I didn’t want to go through the same struggles as she did and, I was determined to get my questions answered.
Bethany Parker, MA., M.Ed., is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Coach at Phases of Wellness. My family history of chronic illness led me to several years of formal study in holistic health and functional medicine. It didn’t take me long to see that our environment is just as important as our genetics, and that it is our responsibility to ensure that we are nourishing ourselves on a deep level. Before I knew it, this was no longer just a hobby for me. I founded Phases of Wellness in 2017 and started developing signature courses and programs that have changed countless lives.
Over the last four years, I’ve helped hundreds of women find real solutions to their chronic illness that allows them to find balance in our hectic world. I believe that we should never settle for inferior care. I’m committed to helping women get rid of the frustration and overwhelm, so that they can feel empowered to take total control of their health because we all deserve to feel well. And that’s exactly what I want for you.
We strive for easy-to-follow courses and programs based on functional medicine, herbal remedies and supplementation, and wholesome nutrition guides with dietitian-approved meal plans.
