I've Been There...


I struggled with chronic fatigue for years. When I visited my doctor, I explained all of my symptoms and she told me that they were due to stress, but didn't offer any solutions for how to improve my health. I struggled to get through each day with fatigue, headaches, muscle cramps, and more. It was only after I visited several more doctors and found a Functional Medicine Practitioner that I was able to overcome my fatigue and feel more energized.



Your body takes a lot of strain, just by living in modern society. The foods we eat, the environments we work and live in, and all the stresses we put ourselves under every day in order to achieve success can take their toll on your body - especially your adrenals. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) affects hundreds of thousands of people - and many aren’t even aware of it. It can cause a whole host of problems, including exhaustion, lightheadedness, forgetfulness, a reduced sex drive, weight gain, and increased stress levels. How long is the course?

The Fatigue Recovery Plan is a self-paced course, spanning a period of 60-Days. You will receive full access to the course at the time of enrollment, and will be able to work through the course as quickly or slowly as you would like. You will also have lifetime access to the course, in addition to any future upgrades.

Does this program include a specific nutrition plan and workout program?

The Fatigue Recovery Plan includes customizable nutrition plans developed by a registered dietitian, along with chef-created recipe and shopping guides so that you know what to buy from the store, and what to eat throughout each week on your road to recovery. The program also includes my top recommendations for light exercises that will help you reduce stress, sleep more soundly at night, and feel more refreshed, without putting stress or strain on your body.

Does this program require me to purchase any other additional supplements?

The Fatigue Recovery Plan offers general supplement recommendations that you can choose to follow. It is up to you if you want to purchase any additional supplements to accompany your chef-curated recipe and shopping guides. I recommend speaking to your doctor about whether these supplements are right for you prior to purchasing. I do not recommend any specific supplements to students who are not working with me in a one-on-one coaching partnership due to individual needs and health concerns.

Is there an option for a payment plan?
